We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and accommodating, even giving us a free upgrade to a larger apartment. The room was spacious and clean, making us feel right at home. We loved having the option to cook our own meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which saved us money on eating out. The bed was comfortable and the sitting room was large and comfortable. The hotel staff, especially the cleaning guy, always greeted us with a smile and were quick to resolve any issues we had. The hotel is located in a convenient area, with a bus station right in front, making it easy to explore the surroundings. we highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and excellent service.

location and versitality

the admensration of the hotel was weak and could't mange the demand as there was a lot of things missing in the room and the cleaness level was bad especially towels

There is a great hall to relax in. A pool was very relaxing. No complaints, recommend this place...

New hotel and furniture. Nice and big rooms. Nice pool.

No dvd player inside the room, because in internet I can read tv with dvd player. No thing for hanging up the clothes after wash the laundry. The dry not really good. I`m sorry, I cant get stamps or postcards inside the hotel.

The don't allow visitors from outside!! and it seems that they don't do any maintenance for their rooms!!

It was our first time to stay in AlNawras hotel apartments, and we enjoyed it alot. The building is new and clean, perfect for families. The kitchen is big, equipped with the basic kitchen gears and chinawares Highly recommended for families.

Towels not good enough, no coffee maker, Internet not fast enough and not free, balcony door not locked, balcony not cleaned daily, daily cleaning not at the best need some improvement.

I was pleased to find an abundance of eateries and convenience stores nearby, making it easy for me to find everything I needed during my stay. The location was also convenient, not too far from the city center and with excellent transportation links nearby.

that they say i can't change anything in my booking options cos that the website refuse itfor example i orderd an extra bed when i arrived they told me i can't cancel it.

Just Quite Area

It was my Third Time stay at this Hotel. I was calling house keeping everyday about 11AM for cleaning and they were coming after 4 or 5 PM - I complain to supervisor and no one had take any action, very bad experience on this trip - I am going to decline my credit card. and also filing lawsuit against Booked.neta and hotel.

Great value for budget travelers with big rooms and full kitchen. Easy access to nearby supermarkets and gas stations.

Location is not ideal for those relying on public transportation, but perfect for drivers. Lack of sufficient security features, such as key card locked elevators.

The interior design of the room and the furniture is very nice and new. The location is good as you have easy access to Sharjah & Dubai.

The Housekeeping Service! When we checked in, it was clear that the room was not ready 100% as it was not very clean especially the bathroom of the master bedroom. when we went out, we asked the housekeeping to clean the room, but still they didn't clean it well! if you check clearly under the bed, sofa, table or even bathroom it is not very clean.Appreciate your assistance in taking action on this.

Staff is giving a wonderful service. Apt is clean. TV channels are excellent for family. Kitchenette is wonderful. I will definitely stay again at Al Nawras
